my friend goes there he was one of the first one to go he has a 4.0 and perfect attendence so that means he is on the presidents list and something else and just became an admiral or something. congrats you will love it and eat good from what i hear.

This school is right by my house its brand new ill be the fourth class to graduate its off of saltlick and 70

That's cool man. Congrats. Good to see someone with the same passion I have. I started just this past February at L'Ecole Culinaire doing advance baking and hotel pastries development class right now. I'm getting an associate degree which is a 90 week program and won't graduate until Oct of 2010.

Maybe one day we can have a cook-off! lol.

. STLHONDAS COOK-OFF FTW. I was looking int going there but decided against I didnt feel like driving that far lol

yeah thats great. congrats. i've always wanted to do that too. i got to visit a cooking school in france one time and it looks really intense.

congrats! My brother and a few friends went to L'Ecole Culinaire and they loved it, I know that is not where you are going, but I cannot imagine them being that different! They are all graduated now and are doing great! Their final was to go to France and they had a bunch of last lessions there and they had a great time and experience! Hope you enjoy it as much as they all did!
