That is some crazy shit. I will say when I'm on the bike and people pull out in front of you or come into your lane without looking really pisses me off. Some people wonder why some riders carry concrete balls around. When their windsheild is fucked up they will remember what happened. I have never done this but definitely thought about it. Its bullshit.

Quarters work alot better. A concrete ball is easy to notice laying on the street if the person calls the cops. If you use coins, they look like someones loose change fell when they are looking for he weapon.
