As Michael was fighting for his life in the ambulance the doctor said "I think we should start CPR", the paramedics said, "No, we should start heart massage", the ambulance driver responded "No, we should start an adrenaline drip", then Jackson wincing with pain and gasping for breath sat up and said "F&ck me!, you wannabe starting something, uh, you wannabe starting something...."

Then, he died.
