welp my order came to about 315 total and they decided to refund me only 119. i call US Bank, and 2 days later i'm fully refunded. i will never do business w/ them again.

this is what gives parts places a bad name. alot of the companies in the sport compact industry like to think that they have good customer service, but really don't. I hope someday I can have my own shop/business full time...

No kidding man US Bank sucks I had so many problems with them.... I switched over to First Community Credit Union and have had no problems at this point and have been a satisfied customer for close to 5 years.

I never used to have issues w/ JHP until now. As for US Bank; I was with BOA for not even 6months and hated every bit of it. Switched to US and have been w/ them for close to 5years w/ ZERO issues. Plus having them in every QT, Schnucks, and they're nationw-wide helps alot since I travel quite a bit.

Best of luck to anyone who does business w/ JHP. They have definitely lost me as a customer.
