So about a month ago I place an order to JHPUSA--I'm repeat (happy) customer. I order new lugs only this time, w/ rush delivery of 2 days=$50 extra(oh well).
I notice on my online banking I've got 2 charges from them. I call them, inform them, they say the 2nd charge will 'fall off in a few days'. UMMM, right. I argue that the charges are different amounts and I'll have my bank reverse charges for them and i'll cancel my order if they aren't dropped, so they drop them.
So a week goes by and still no lugs, I call them and they said they're on B/O until 2nd week of June. So I say cancel my rush delivery, and almost canceled the order but decided to work this to my advantage.
I order the Skunk2 Pro +/- 5* camber kit at $259, but applied the rush charges to discount it, and for the haggle they reduced them to $179 w/ free shipping. OK, NOW YOU'VE GOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
So this week I STILL don't have my camber kit. Call them, they say they're shipping it w/ the lugs in 2 weeks. WTF, why not call me and let me know this while i'm steadily eating tires that I've been replacing every 4 damned months?!?
I'm really tempted to demand a refund since the parts still aren't here, and I've been haggled so much. I don't need the purple lugs, just needed extended, but i do need the camber kit b/c i'm selling the civic in a few months.
I mean, what's the deal w/ not just calling me and informing me of the b/o and holding the rest of my order, instead of me sitting here wondering where my few houndred bucks went??
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, should I demand refund, and possibly eat the fees for a 'stocking cost', or just wait it out and never deal w/ them again?
Cliffs are a no, stop being lazy and read.

Just wait it out. I've never really been a fan of how JHP is run either.

Same thing happened to me, and I just waited it out. Took like 2 weeks.

If you have been waiting because THEY do not have the parts you wanted (multiple times), you should not feel one bit bad about asking for your money to be refunded. Since they have not yet shipped your stuff, it's pretty obvious they do NOT have your parts. No parts in stock means no restock fees.
Get your money back. Sounds like you've been more than patient...

+1 get your money back. only reason why dale got his so quick was because if they put it on ebay then the obviously have it in stock.RyanA;185373 wrote:If you have been waiting because THEY do not have the parts you wanted (multiple times), you should not feel one bit bad about asking for your money to be refunded. those 2 charges, 1 is probably an authorization, 2nd is the charge, not sure why they would do that though, usually gas stations/hotels do that sort of thing to make sure you have the money to pay for the product.

Because then the website would only have like 3 parts to show. If you only show what you physically have on hand, you will severely limit what the internet will do for your business.--RPM KILLA--;185308 wrote: jsut seems like the stores these days are just plain fucking lazy. why not say they are back ordered before u order????????????
I am a dealer through JHP and yes, they are slow as molasses in Jan. And, if you are not on the ball some of their reps will try to sneak a massive shipping charge by you.JustRob;185306 wrote:Just wait it out. I've never really been a fan of how JHP is run either.
to the OP- I've been trying to get some more sets of the purple lugs also, and all colors other than black have been backordered for over two months.

I ordered LCAs, camber kit, and a lower tie bar and they told me the LCAs werent in stock. So I told them to just cancel my order because I could find them in stock somewhere else. They told me they couldn't cancel it because the camber kit and tie bar were already shipped... They finally sent the LCAs a month later. They were in the same fucking box the rest of the stuff was in.
