took time out of his day to come all the way out to bumfuck illinois with a nice water heater and install it for me. Everything went pretty smooth and is working great...no smoking, spun bearings or anything!

Yep, Dale is the man. You think IL is BFI, you should see where I live in BFMO.... He drove all the way here on Monday and stayed until Wednesday night helping me get a bunch of stuff done on my house. I just had to give him LSD (man that makes him work fast) and a couch to sleep on. No smoke here yet, either.....
