I didnt read the article, but is this from the new American company that bought the atom rights and what not? I know the former company that made the american Atoms closed or went bankrupt or some shit, and there is another making them now.

on a side note, I want to buy an atom body, with no motor. Think its possible? lol.

They used to sell rolling chassis but you don't want one. They started at around 15,000 bare bones and went up to around 30k with all the chassis upgrades and an interior (seats and gauges and seat belts). I don't think they sell them anymore.

Thats kinda cool. I think the price is fair for what it is. if they sold these things at their cost then they would not stay in business for long. Sure you can make one for 10K, but how much time and labor went into it.

Not really. On Cl, you go examine your product ahead of time. Get a decent frame and stiffen up that suspension, diff wheels. then to the engine/tranny part. Obviously it wouldn't be the same but you could still do it similar
