Another noob from Spfld

Hello everyone! My name is Adam, I from Springfield, and i've always been a motor head. I just bought a 98 Prelude Si and I'm lookin to learn a little about this stuff, as i am new to the import world. I dont have any pictures yet, but I will get some as soon as i can. Also eager to use the for sale section because i need some parts to get this thing to pass inspection:frown:

Always been a v8 guy, but now my v8 is built enough its too expensive to drive.... so now its been reduced to a weekend/dragstrip toy. I'm lookin forward to toying with the new ride and would love to drive up sometime for a meet or a little Street R fun.

Welcome and that mustang looks SUPER clean!

Also im not trying to sound mean but in 98 the prelude only came in the base and Sh style. The Si was the 4th generation, which you have the 5th.

Any pictures of the prelude?

yeah ive been trying to figure that out. My friend said it was an Si.... as did a guy at the lot..... but everywhere ive looked online showed SH's. I dont really know anything about em, whats the difference? Trying to learn.... i'm just used to GT and Cobra.

The base has flat black rockers pretty much, while the Sh has them painted to match.

The Base has the blade style wheels, and the sh as straight 5 spoke.

The Sh has courtesy lights in the door panels.

Sh is standard with the ATTS system

Sh comes stock with rear spoiler, leather wrapped steering wheel and shifter.

Theres a few more things as well.
