I sure hope your talking about the RS trim. I would never give an inexperienced 16yo a quick car like that.

IF you want something that will last a while and has alot of options, don't know about ABS for sure, here is a good deal that will last your children a while.

I think one or two people on here might know Ryan, lul. The car is really nice inside and out and the price is right where you're looking for, from what I understand. Figured I would throw it out there because this car will be dependable for a long time, looks really good, and has a lot of other options etc.

GL with the search and I'd rock an Integra too, not gs-r though for a kid's first car. I had a SE Integra when I was 17-18 and it rocked. Can't go wrong and they seem to be a little thicker than Civics(00 and prior) so that might be better in a wreck.

They are all Impreza's. Pretty much there are different trim levels. RS, WRX, and the STi. Somewhat different motors also. People just say STI or WRX instead of saying Impreza WRX or Impreza STi. Somewhat the same thing when talking about the civic and just saying Si. It's still a civic, but the Si trim level.

.
Thanks for that, looked like everything was squared up well, it has sold but that type of "resurected" high mileage car would def work

You're right about the above, but for me, I just am kinda' sold/loyal to Honda esp for a kid's car on the cheap ... plenty of parts new & used available, and know how to do all the maintenance
