I just stopped by their house and it is a SHE and she is doing really good! No broken bones or fractures I was so happy and relieved! She's so darn cute too!

Thinking about it, I doubt any law can address, she can claim she didn't see it and all witnesses were just upset about an injured dog and blaming her for what was an accident

If we can pos ID the car to the owner, the car gets key'd with "I'M A BITCH"

I wouldn't think there would be anything to police would do but the only thing that matters in this situation is the dog is going to be ok!

I'm sure karma will come around to her soon, but I won't be doing anything to make that happen she will bring it all upon herself.
