yeah my bad its front drivers side bumper area. On my way home early this morning I saw a white grand am and thought it was her I got really excited too, but it turned out it wasnt.

She can go to jail for animal cruelty for what is in bold. As long as there are witnesses to her actions after the incident. At least in this day and age, it can probably be done.
