So you already paid him to do all this work, and then ended up having to pay to get it towed in so much worse conditon that when it was brought in? If so, that is completely fucked up. If I were you, I would get the cops involved, as long as you have some sort of proof of the events. Maybe try and talk to Chris on the phone, and record the conversation, and get him to admit that you paid him, and everything.

yes MUCH worse condition, the car had BRAND NEW Tanabe Exhaust on it that andrew bought, all JDM interior panels, now the car has NO exhaust and there litterally is NO interior

Unfortunately, unless you make the person aware at the beginning of the convo of the recording, it is not admissable in court.

It is in Mo, we have a one party notification system. You only have to notify yourself you are recording.

that sux man. I've done some deals with the guy, but they weren't nearly that complex. Hope you can get it worked out. If you need teg parts, there's a buddy of mine down here that bought both of DC2whore's rolling shells. he's (buddy) got tons of stuff.

edit: after reading my post I realized that it came across badly...NOT how I intended it. I've never had any trouble, but sometimes s..t gets f'd up that's out of your control, especially when there's more than 1 person involved in a business.

Well i wont let my name be ran threw the mud. This is getting taken care of i spoke to andrew today and what ever he wants he do i am down for. No one on here knows me so dont act like u do i have helped out tons of u and sold tons of parts. i didnt steal or have a need to. andrew bought a shell that had damage and a blown motor and tranny i swapped them it had shitty tan interior i removed it i put in the dash and did the swap i did not finsh the interior because the jams where never painted i paid over 2000 for tim to paint it he never did and then kicked me and corey out of the shop and moved locations he has tons of my shit and adioxs.

As of today andrew is talking to the granite city police to get to the bottom of this and i am not going anywhere i got nothing to hide so u everyone can say whatever.

Belive me u dont think i feal bad about this situation. i will do what ever i got to to get this worked out and i have been.

Yes budgetscrx did get towed from in front of ricks house after it sat 3 months with expired tags and all it need was a fitting that buget never got and ps that had nothing to do with me.

I tried to tow this car and tim wouldn't let me, I proceeded to tell him I would report it stolen cause at the time Chris was trying to do the same but Tim wouldn't answer his calls either so I left a message stateing I was going to report it stolen along with others and he so happily once again called me back. Well Chris made arrangements to have it towed and not once, not twice but three times Tim no showed, and left his co-associate Dan to deal with it which Dan couldn't let Chris in cause he had no key. Well after all this I haven't a clue what happened cause I can't contact Tim cause he won't answer me and I haven't talked to Chris in a month or so. We was suppose to hang out saturday for my b-day but I ended up staying home and I tried to call him today but he could be pissed at me for not showing saturday.

I hate this turned out this way cause honestly no one deserved this, no you and not me and not the kid who bought my car. I dumped alot of money in my crx just to let it go for a fraction of what I put in it cause that dumb ass couldn't finish his work and I paid $2100 for "Engine bay, exterior, interior and sunroof shaved" and look how my car turned out.

I know I haven't posted in forever and half this site hates me for really no reason but honestly I just haven't a clue what to say about this shit, I constantly bitched about this everyday I walked in that my car and adio's car needed finished cause they were paid for and Tim would say he'd start that weekend but never ever fucking happened.

i figured you'd get on top of this pretty quick. Jake still has all of the parts if you wind up needing anything. The shells are at his Dad's house now...won't go to crusher for a while.

From all the stuff I've seen and heard others go through. Hearing about you owing Kris/kra95teg money for a car. Hearing about the way you find parts. Hearing about all the people who have had issues with their vehicles that were at your shop. Hearing about these 'drug deals' that you're involved in. Never really seeing any car get done there.

Granted, I'm sure most of these are just rumors. However, not everyone is a liar. Hearing that much stuff about one person or that one person's company is enough to make me not ever do business with them.

fair enought but any time u or anyone in yo crew need things u use to contact me ya i would have paid kris by now but he sold me a car with a salvage title and the wheel came off becuase he tryed taking the suspension off and just put bolts back in that where never tight and who did u hear had issues with there car. And at one point i did sell drugs how does that have to do with anything. and the only car u ever knew of that was ever at my shop was adioxs every other car was completed. 80 percent of the cars i did where from chicago texas or all around il

And i apprecaite u putting that and stating this as he said she said because me and have only ever met but 3-4 times and they where never at my shop.
