A Product That's Good As It Says, Renews Your Headlights

Post by GTI-Guy »

My car's headlights were hazy, discolored grey ... one of those things that made it look old before its years, kinda' like grey hair

This product has a patented final coat that is guaranteed to last for the life of the car unlike other methods that only last a few months

You go through sanding steps to remove all the damage, and after the final stuff goes on, they look crystal clear new

$40 bucks for the DIY kit, $100 for it to be professionally done (if located in St Louis)

They guy who owns this company is a quality fanatic and even came out to my house to do a redo of the final coat ... it wasn't perfect after I did it, but looked soo much better than before I was quite happy ... after he redid final step, you can not tell from new

http://www.newlifeautolites.com ... the also do leather interior restorations, color matching and spraying the color coating back on

Before example, about what mine looked like

You're right! Took that off their website and it does come across that way. That aside, can assure ya' the final outcome is accurate

I used a 16$ kit from autozone made by 3M, turned out real nice, however in the kit they have you go from like 800 grit to like 3000 and I said nay nay, so I got a pack of 1500 and a pack of 2000 wet sand paper and added 2 extra steps. And I ended up with leftover materials to do it again if I ever needed to. Can post pics if anyone is interested.

This kit stair steps through the grit like you did. The final coat liquid glass or whatever is what bonds and seals the plastic, and is self leveling giving a smooth finish

I use a high-speed buffer and wax. Doesn't cost me anything...sometimes I get paid to do it. :)
