When I lived in STL, I went to Bier Brothers to get a bunch of parts. Guess my appearance made them think I had no money so they just didn't give me the time of day. After waiting around for 45 minutes (between them talking to each other and on the phone) I finally just walked out. I'll never go there again, even if I did live in STL. After that issue, I started going to PUR Performance. At least they'd give you the time of day....

I dont work for BB so I have nothing to say other than I have bought some misc. parts or had dustin tig weld me something up there... not had a problem thus far, dustin's welds are extremely good.

Seems like you have the ideal forms of proof .. physical "smoking guns" of the parts, plus their own documentation of what they sold you

i think you're over the limit $ wise for small claims court, but you can still use that avenue if don't want to get involved with a lawyer

If I was in your shoes, I would send them a letter and offer them some choices, and if those don't work first action is Better Biz Bereau claim, and next is "consulting with a lawyer to explore legal options"

My dad used to supply nitrous to them and never once had a problem with them. I'm with Chad on this one not my place to say anything.
