You forgot to add that he is a lying bastard and has cheated on EVERY SINGLE person he has ever been with.

hey, I did four years in the af with no regrets, for the most part like a regular job(aircraft mechanic)

i'm in the AF right now, mechanic, and enjoy it. like others are saying there is a lot of bullshit that goes on but as long as you can deal with it, it's cake. some days you're busy...others you get paid to do nothing all day. you can't beat it. especially with today's economy. i get paid 2100 every 2 weeks and pocket about 2800 of it a month. I'm almost done with my associates, and 64 credits from my bachelors..all of which i have not paid anything for. you do have to buy the books, but most people on base have the books and sell them after the class. so you can pick up your books cheap, or at the library. You get the benefit of traveling every 2-4 years if you wanted to. i've been in Tokyo, Japan for the past 3 years...gone through many cars including Skyline GTRs to the current 99 CTR i have now. you get once in a lifetime opportunities to see things you wouldn't normally see outside the military, unless you have a lot of money to just travel... experience different cultures, i've gone to JUN, SPOON, TYPE 1, etc. never would have gone to those places if i was still in IL....but i'm also on my way out the door here in May, i'll be going to Germany for 2 years. All in all, i've enjoyed it and i don't see myself getting out, i make good money, save, and i have a lot of toys...
