panty hose!

apparently panty hose dont make a good air filter....

some new guy was asking if the air intake not being on the throttle body would mess up the engine and here are a couple of replies.

I remember something the SCC team 24 Hours of LeMons CRX using pantyhose over a stack of two airfilters.i
Edit: They used pantyhose over a spaghetti strainer and sprayed it with filter oil. They stacked two air filters later in the season.

Then again, doing that on a LeMons car is way different than doing that to a car you actually care about.
