And people wonder why its suggested to not talk on the phone and drive at the same time. How do you not see that?! Terrible.

I dont think the trucker was at fault at all, looks to me like he was taking the turn just fine. Then woman on cell enters, swerves at last moment, and owns the side of her car with the trailer.
