Does she like jewelry? Odds are yes. If you can scrape together $50 you can get her some earrings. Nice ones too. Earrings are surprisingly affordable, most guys just don't know it. If you are interested in this I am very well informed about jewelry and can direct you to better places than the mall jeweler. You should avoid those places.
