have you had a bad experience with one? Or have you ever tried to pet one and get to know it?

i've known some nice ones, sometimes it does depend on their owners. but even so, i've always heard that a pitbull will turn on a dime. even if they are usually well behaved. i still would never trust one. i like my face.
