story still has some holes to me. if a man infected with AIDS jumps off a building and lands on a car, getting blood all over it, why would the police just leave it there, to be free to possibly infect anyone who decides to touch it? also, why would police just leave a police report, without trying to contact the owners of the car? the story just doesnt seem logical to me. i'd have to see a link to a local news site or something to believe it

I'm with you on this one. This would be considered an "act of nature" accident.....kind of the same category as hitting a deer and smashing in your car. I'm thinking insurance would have to cover that kind of accident....even if you only had liability.
