i know this but i was saying that you said we need to help ourselves and not rely on others. The banks relied on big brother so how is this different from "Democrats" relying on others to help them(according to you)

im not taking it personally one bit. the purpose of the government is to "govern" not rule, nor is too give poor ass people money they didnt earn. i fi run out of $$$ i file for bankruptcy, i dont call the gov't and ask for billions of dollars. its called running a business, my dad has ran his own for the past 12 years and has run into hard times as well, he just worked his ass off to get through them. Now the gov't wants to give HIS money to people that need a lil boost? if you think this right, move to canada.

i agree that lazy ***** should try to do something about their money problems and not go trying to get a free b. This is what pisses me off the most about the government because the government catters to certain people it seems and they don't take care of the people who really deserve it.

My dad was in Vietnam for a few years came back and worked for the government his entire life till last year. He was forced to retire on disability and the gov't jerked him around for almost a year not giving him disability funds and he ran out of money in his savings. They finnaly gave him some money and it was a spit in the face what they gave him, a measly $400 a month.

So them fat fucks out there that have never done shit and who are "disabled" from being over-weight are getting more than my dad is becasue they had to much to eat and now they need help

Anyone have a problem that to fix bad debt the government is going lend out an uninmaginable amount of money to businesses on the brink of failure? In other words, to fix bad credit we are going to take on more bad credit

This is a dice roll, and if it doesn't work, we're just going to swirl around the drain ... if it does work, all this money we're printing up is going to spark huge price inflation in a year or two

The government isn't really keeping gas prices low. They're that way because OPEC announced they were going to cut production of oil and the people of the world acted accordingly... it's simple economics. They tried to do a supply shock and it blew up in their face causes demand for gas to fall and prices to drop.

Seriously, in my honest opinion, you cannot blame George Bush(fully) . He is the face and scapegoat of the majority of shady politicians. What is going on right now with the "big 3" is rediculous. If they did business properly, they would not be in this situation. Everyones comes on hard times and they deal with them themselves, they dont ask for a fucking handout (except democrats and the majority of people living in the "projects" ) Fuck taking money from people who earn it and giving to people who obviously arent smart enough to make it themselves. I dont feel bad for Obama, thats what he ran for. Time to buck up and deliver.

Bill Clinton started the sub-prime lending in the 90s which basically allowed people with shitty credit and no money to be approved for loans to buy homes way out of their league. after a few months, the interest rates increased and they had to foreclose because they couldnt make payments. its not fucking rocket science. you either have the money or you don't. when people foreclose, the lenders get fucked and that puts them in the hole. hence the first bailout.

the economy is shit, everyone can agree on that. but i agree that you cannot blame it all on Bush. he's an easy scapegoat, but seriously. WAKE UP PEOPLE. a president doesn't run this country, congress does. and who has been running both houses for the past two years??? DEMOCRATS.

you can bitch about ceo's making money but obama is one of many politicans that actually received kickbacks from the backwards lenders like fanny mae and freddie mac. not to mention, people are quick to bitch about ceo's making money but what about celebrities, musicians and sports icons? fuck them.

the cult of obama followers somehow have this idea that once he gets in office the economy is going to magically fix itself. REALITY CHECK: its not. especially when he wants to "spread the wealth." this will cause class warfare and the "horrible rich" will stop spending money. they are the ones that keep the world going round. they will hide their money and stop buying fancy cars and houses...which will fuck the economy as well as jobs. in addition, taxing small business will inevitably hurt the middle class. you tax them, they have less money to pay workers and provide health care. people will lose jobs. taking from the rich and giving to the poor is bullshit and will not help our financial crisis.

give it time, trust me. and then when nothing works and the economy is still shit you people will have no one to blame but yourselves. even obama's top advisors warned him to be honest with americans. a majority of his "plans" are physically impossible. especially during a time like this.

i blame lenders and i blame irresponsible morons. you know what you can afford and what you can't. government bailout is bs. and so is socialism. you can't blame republicans or the rich for that.

and ps. im really sick of people blaming bush when gas prices were high. read a fucking book. its suppy and demand. not some "evil propaganda" by Bush to fuck the people.

There have been alot of businesses in my area closing down, schnucks bought out the park n' shops, the local gym bag store is closing, granite city steel, small car lots, and more i can't think of now. it sucks
