mark ALWAYS liked the car and i like what C9 is about , clean cars with somthing under the hood. Everybody else is the same way its just that Moook has this greater then thou attitude sometimes because he buys overpriced parts for his car then thinks that makes him better then anybody else.

The problem is; that it does not make him better. Paying 1700 for a set of white regamasters is retarted; so what you have the only set of them in st. louis (in white) who cares since rota has sold over 1million pairs of slips that wheel is so overplayed. So all you have now is a very very expensive set of "knockoff" wheels in the eyes of people who think rota created the slip.

you guys have clean cars and there is no deneying that but, running anything.. your mouth maybe but the game ..... what game? We have nothing for a import/honda scene when compared to the rest of the country, so thats not exactly somthing to brag about, sorry.

So everybody can sit here and talk shit and bash each other but where the fuck does that get anywhere except everybody all "cunt" hurt about what other people think about their cars. Shit i can give 2shits about that people think of me or what i drive but i know at night that my shit is paid for and if it breaks i can pay for it and if i dont like it i can change it or sell it and buys somthing better.

I guess the 300whp b16 civic is sooo common around st louis....everyone is doing it.....I guess nobody took theirs to gateway last year then. Call c9 a clique or whatever you want...we've probably been messing with hondas before anyone else really was (around here). And no that statement isn't there to shoot down people down, but I've seen a lot of "rigged up" turbo setups / etc. around st louis. And if you guys take mook's words to heart you are wasting time doing so. He knows what he wants out of the car, and he knows how to do it right. The best point is that he probably doesn't care what others think of the car, he will make it to his own liking....which some people have a problem doing.

and whats with this knocking where people work?....Do you honestly care? Are all of you presidents/ceo of large companies?

lol, that was epic. I agree about the job thing, were on a car board and all of us drive cheap cars(under 30k). Its what you do with your money that matters...Someone earlier said something about mook spending all of his money on car parts, I can 100% vouch that mook is faaaar from broke, he doesnt live at home with mommy and daddy, and has a $7000 jet ski sitting on a lift at a marina(hey, so do I

). Honestly though, who cares.

Thumbs up to Rick for basically starting the turbo honda trend in stl over 7 years ago too...I know that I learned alot from him when I boosted my civic back in 03.

If it wasnt for Rick, Juan, Lardner, Londoff, Hazan, Atch.. im sure none of those names ring a bell to any of you, i wouldnt even be in this honda scene. Rick has been around longer than anyone has even had thier drivers liscense, well some of you. The "purple" car, im sure some dont even have any idea how badass that thing was. Rick is the fuckin' man, i will say it over and over again. The time he has spent workin on my car is unbeleivable. I couldnt thank him and Dennis enough. When it comes down to it, you either love us (C9) or you hate us. Most seem to hate nowadays, but i think if they were given an opportunity to roll with us they wouldnt turn it down.

What frustrates me the most, the ONLY people on these car boards that talk shit to me, are the ones who DO NOT know me. Rick has known me since i was about 17 and had long hair still in high school. The C9 guys are the same way. Joe who bought my old car, we have actually become freinds after he had bought my white civic. I do not care, like rick said, about what people think of my car, i build my shit with the parts i want.

I really dont have much to say, but if you wanna knock my job, thats cool. Im obviously doing something right. Like mark said, i dont dump cash into my Honda, i have a jetski and dont live with mommy, hell i couldnt even tell you the last time mommy gave me money. I was probably about 17 years old.

I mean JesSi, who do you work for? You have a good job? Your own house? Any assests whatsoever? In school at all? Im not tryin to take personal shots, but call me out on my employer and its just funny. Oh yea i dont work off McDonnel Blvd. anymore, i got promoted and opened a brand new store off of 370. But i just flip burgers and make ice cream. lmao. Im done with this thread.
