I had no idea that the guy who started H-T also wrote the code for, IMO, one of the best forum layouts there is, zeroforum. If you read through all of it, it is pretty $hitty the way everything went down. I hope Dustin wins his lawsuit and just maybe H-T will be returned to normal, or at least Dustin will get whats coming to him.

that doesnt explain everything..

i dont know about everyone else but i have found myself not even hardly getting on honda-tech since the switch... i tried a few times but it just isnt the same. i use to browse it everyday.

It is the jist of it, guy gets sued for using software so he switches software.

But yeah I agree, I don't frequent the board nearly as much.

Sooooo IB has owned H-T since around 05 and they are just now switching over to vB? There is more to it then that. Either way, the general consensus is that vB sucks compared to Zeroforum. Will H-T ever return to Zeroforum, doubtful. Will traffic at H-T slow? At first sure, but they will just loose a decent chunk of the OGs and then a new crop will come in. Even if it is on vB, H-T is still better then clubSi or SuperHonda.

fyi, there are about 4 HT spinoff forums that are exactly like OG HT. and a couple of them have been around for years. one ran by the original ht founder.

so theres alot of better forums then the two you mentioned.

Does everything have to be a pissing match with you? And I am sorry honda-teck or tach or what ever the hell it is called sucks. And if you read any of the post I put a link to, it is the original H-T founder that is suing them. I've been a member of H-T longer then any one here and god forbid that I liked it the way it was.

And even on the forum ran by the H-T founder, he is talking about what is going on and why over at H-T, http://htuner.com/topic/2884/
