no way, no how to make it legal unless it was a motorex car...which it is not. so unless you dont plan on driving it on the street then i would not waste your money on it. and of curse the seller is going to say he can get it legal so he can sell it.

Jerry you might as well not even ask these questions because you're not actually going to buy this car anyway, or the next one you find, or the one after that, just wait until after winter

Why would you even consider buying a car you can hardly ever get reliable parts for? If you want a water pump its not like you can just go to autozone and order it, or even a serp belt or valve cover gasket or . . . you get the idea. Skylines look cool in magazines but I would never own one. Its just too much hassle. Buy Matts Rx7 if your looking at that type of car.

Can't be done without risk of it getting taken away. You can register and license it in Missouri like any other car, but doing so would send a red flag to homeland security. That car came into the states illegally, theres no way of getting around that. You would have better luck buying a car already in compliance with Federal Law or by importing a new one.

Registration is the same as any other car. Getting it to comply to federal law on the other hand is a completely different story. The last time I talked to an RI it was over $20K to comply an R33 GTR (which have already gone through the necessary crash testing).
