Omg...nobody works harder than me. I'm the only one who gets things done and everybody else should be written up.
If one of my employees came to me with your particular complaint this is exactly what I would hear, valid or not. This is what a lot of other people are going to hear. If you can't take it to somebody above you who knows you well enough and thinks your opinion matters then I would just leave it alone. Sorry if this sounds rude but I'm just trying to base this off of the information you have already provided.
Another note: If you've already brought it to somebodies attention and nothing has happened then they either think he is not as bad as you think he is or they just don't care. You can always go above their head but believe me, that can trickle down and end up biting you in the ass.
