wanna see some ballin hondas???
my deal is that I like my car to be different than what someone can just walk onto a lot and buy...no matter what it is. I would love to have a G35 coupe, but to make it 'my own' it would cost me 5X's as much as what I can personalize a cheaper car for $-wise. And if you actually were to race (legally, of course) the car and total it out, I'd rather be out the money for a modded Honda than the dough that I'd have tied up in a modded G35. PLUS, insurance is cheap on a civic vs. something that carries a higher price tag.

i was going to buy a s2k about 2 or 3 years ago, problem was i would still wanna put 10grand worth of parts on it which would defeat the purpose of me buying a 20k car to being with'

i jus glanced throught his thread and felt maybe a little bit of haters.
those cars are stright sex. CA and HI are pretty much the only areas that would have balling ass cars on the regular.

Yeah those cars are sick...I wish I could get the specs on some 16x8 inch wheels with a nice offset. No body ever wants to give up the specs.
If anyone knows...hit me up.

16x8 is going to be a extremely hard wheel to get fit right even with a perfect offset , i am rocking 15x8 +38 with 205/50/15's and at my ride height i rub like mad when turning anything over a 1/4 of the way. With a 16x8 you would have to run a 195/45/16 tire to get a better stretch to help clear the fenders , plus you will have to roll and pull the fenders like i did.
not impossible just harder that why alot of the people who rock different offsets usually do it in the 15" form.
but if your going to do it with a 16x8 then stay with stock offset +40/+38 that way the rim sits centered. But if you rock the more normal size 16x7 you could get away with +20/+15 and run a 205 series instead but you would still need to roll and pull the fenders ..
But now lets say you want to go over the top then you should look at 15x6.5 in 0 offset with a 195/50/15 .. BIG offset .. you will need to Pull the fenders atleast 20mm or so and run a very aggressive stance (ie slammed to the ground) and ALOT of negitive camber
on my ek i am not using any sort of adjustable cambers kit i am still rocking all oem stuff and i am able to get the camber i need to clear my wheels just fine
well i hope this helps

Heres a fitment that I'm a fan of. I'll be doing a setup similar when I buy a new set of wheels.jadedeg;144734 wrote:Yeah those cars are sick...I wish I could get the specs on some 16x8 inch wheels with a nice offset. No body ever wants to give up the specs.
