either:
-go to ur profile and get the url link to the image page and post that,
-right click on the picture and the go to properties, copy the url and post that here
-copy the url from properties, then click on the little mountain picture when u click post reply, and then put the url in there, or a shorter way
-copy the url from properties and then insert it between
