In the 24 years I have lived in North County I dont ever remember that happening. It is all gone know though, but Im sure that the stores up there have alot of clean-up to do.
according to my dad, the last time it had happened was back in like 75 or 76.

yeah, your brother family went to alton after this and told us to give them a call if it gets worse.... it didnt.

no. luckily it stayed dry.

yup... house stayed dry. the shed however is a different story. some seats got wet, some intake manifolds, tires, wheels, and three transmissions were submerged. oh and my two 55 gallon drums were floating around in there.

guess its time to collect on some flood insurance

I had the same issue as Rick, except it was Creve Coeur Mill Rd. and it was 4 feet deep. My condo complex had to use the Emergency back exit/enterence to get in and out. I guess thats what happens when I live near 2 ponds and 2 creeks. They all become one.

We're on the side right next to the Creve Couer Park. It was crazy but we had fun laughing at the idiots trying to drive thru it.
