, but on a serious note this is probably what the 911 call went like.

911: Police/Fire emergency, whats going on.
caller: oh my god, oh my god i cant believe this shit is happening
911: sir/mam what is going on
caller: ah ah aha ah ah aha
911: sir/mam i need you to tell me whats going on
caller: theres these people and they are beating each other with oh my god its horrible
911: what is going on
caller: they are beating each other with baseball bats and cars, and its horrible
911 to police: Respond for a fight in progress subjects armed with baseball bats.

Crap like this happens all the time, but what a douchey manager, at least warn somebody before you call the police, or ask them to leave. Also your really not trespassing just FYI especially since you were a customer there, but also because you were never asked/told to leave.

As the manager of my store, I'd have done the same thing. It doesn't look good for customer traffic, and I don't want my shrubs destroyed(which is property damage technically).

I call the cops on the kids that skateboard in front of my store all the time. There's a sign even posted for it, so I'll damn well get rid of the stupidity. I care far more about money coming into my store, than kids having fun.

The plants weren't on Steak n Shakes property, it was on Advanced property. If anything we were doing them a favor by tearing them out because they looked like complete shit.

He would have told us to leave if he wanted to make more money at his store. Funny thing was he yelled it from the back door and couldnt even walk out to us, and no they werent busy.

The cops still laughed at his ass though which made the situation hilarious.
