Dumb question and I prolly already know the answer

So this fall the civic is either getting new rear wheel wells and body work and a new paint job or the motor is getting swapped. I cant afford both right now its one or the other so what would you do? Im really leaning towards the motor swap but whats your two cents? One of my buddies says body and paint since it already runs but I dont know.

with winter coming up, I wouldn't really want to tackle the ice and snow with a fresh paint job (just my opinion)
