No matter where you live there's going to be crime. It doesn't matter if your in the city, county or the "sticks". You don't hear about it as often in the outlying areas because of it not being as heavily popualted. so, someone stole a purse a few weeks ago in the shopping ctr near bubble tea, does that mean we can't hang out there at night either?? You can't live your life in fear of what might happen, you just have to be prepared in case something does. And its annoying when people pull race into this, It could be anyone that does things like this.

Yes shit does happen but it sucks when it happans to someone you know.

Sometimes I would do my daily walk at night when I was at my parents in Florissant but honestly after this incident I wont be doing that anymore.

In all honesty how much can a 15 yr old girl have? MAYBE a cell phone and posibly $10, wtf was running through the shooters head? He was a guy shes a girl PUNCH HER you dont need to fuckin shoot her to get a purse from a little girl.

Pepper spray and a self defense class would help. Just because there's a few crazy people in this world shouldn't keep everyone living in fear. That's what keeps criminals thinking they can get away with all this.

i am in bad areas all the time because of work. i carry pepper spray and have a swiss army knife. not to mention i've learned a thing or two from chuck norris. i dont live in fear. i tell you what...someone tries to take my purse?? they done fucked with the wrong bitch. i will bust a knee cap over my coach bag.

well i obviously can't bring my machine gun and hand gerenades on home visits. and yes, anything can be a weapon. a social worker in california was killed with a pen. that's rite. a fucking papermate ink pen. it was blue.
