Go into settings then go to more then data and there should be a thing that says update data profile and my side buttons werent working and I updated and now they do work so who knows I just updated mine last night

Well no good I just updated it and its still doing it. Looks like I might have to pay the $50 to get it fixed or whatever.

Sprint should take care of it for you, they are hurting so bad to keep customers, my wife and I got the phones for free, free internet, and free picture mail just so they could keep us, but we've been with them for like 7-8 yrs now. We called Sprint, the stores won't do anything for you, we tried that first.

the will still charge the $50 probably. when i took my old phone up because it was fucking up they said it would be $50 to fix, and i had no water damage.

and if they try to charge you, call in to sprint, and act completely pissed. say that you havent had the phone for long and it is already fucked up, and that you talked to some other company and they are willing to pay your contract cancellation fee and get you any phone you want for free. sprint fights till the death to keep customers, and you will most likely get more than what you originally wanted. i saved like $20/month when i did that

I have only had it for maybe 4 months. Its really tivkin me off and if they tell me its going to be $50 im going to tell them no thanks and will be calling sprint since that seems to get the job done a lot better.

which store are you going to? try a different one, usually it justdepends on the person you get. Defenitley dont go to a sub store like marshall wireless, you have to go to a Sprint Corporate store
