Insurance would only cover if it was flying through the air. Since it went under the car they consider it avoidable. F'd up huh? :dunno:

once it hits the ground it's your fault, and is a collision claim. if it's in the air it's the other guys fault, or if it's a tree limb ( or something like that ) that falls out of the air it's a comp claim.
