well i think it all should be bought like the night before. i dont know about you but i wouldnt want to run to the store and deal with that while we are there. i can volunteer to buy most of it up front if not all of it, but i need to know who all would be in on this so i can get most the money back and what people are wanting to eat, etc. and i think it should cost people somewhere between 5-8 bucks a piece for food and drinks. maybe i will just make a separate thread to get this all in order...... and it would also help determine if this will even work out or not

yea i was thinking a seperate thread would be a good idea. Theres a list of people going so if they dont reply you can always just PM them. Anyways start a new thread. Ill buy chips!!

why dont the thursday or tursdays before the meet you all come to bbt and bring money. also tell that person getting the money together if you have any requests. someone write them down and the friday before the meet they goes out and buys the food...
