As per the rest of this I think since the op has other cars that an na build on a car could be fun obviously it cost more to make less HP na wise. But if its just for a fun dd I can understand that. Though at 12.5:1 its going to be a minimum of 93 octane and that can sometimes suck. And qt 93 octane is garbage.
Sounds like fun. I dont care if i loose or win. Racing is all fun to me.

Way less than a grand? What do you think is way less $900? Maybe you could do the swap with fucked up parts or high milage or get a motor with bad rings or grinding trans.

How can you even compare a new si which is like what 25k brand new to a $3000 Honda with a turbo d

you did not have way less than a grand in your swap unless you bought the swap off a retard who didnt know what it was worth. thats not counting the ecu, mounts, axles, etc.

If you buy a 95 gsr integra and have a 92-95 civic it is a direct swap and you have everything in the integra. I had 600 in my swap before i parted the car out and got money back. But thanks for trying to tell me how my life works. Last i checked Im the one living it not you.

you should have not modded your camaro and just bought a gtr.

And by the way, the my heaviest civic (in 1994, 24xx pounds) had better times than more than a handful of ls1 cars....and yeah, with only ~200whp.

Are there a ls1 cars that were a lot faster? sure.

That's what I thought. You're intake isn't close to the LS6 in any way. I think you're super delusional on what your setup makes or you've had someone feeding you bs. List out your mods exactly and your cam specs; or better yet, post a dyno sheet.

No a new stock civic si that cost 25 thousand fucking dollars is not going to be faster than a $3000 crx with a 200whp turbo d. Stop posting you have no idea what you are talking about.

Thats a $22,000 difference which isn't even comparable especially when you're wrong.

The si runs what like a 14.5 at best where as the crx would be low 13's

Thanks for trying.

Well you stupid ass do some research. A intake on a 01-02 camaro is the same Damn intake that is on a ls6. As for the other guy that thinks turboing a d is bla bla bla whatever he said. Still a waste of money. The other one talking about ls1 vs civic. Im a Honda guy always will be so of course Im gonna hope the civic wins every time. As far as ls1 quickness in almost stock form. I've raced two in my gsr swapped hatch and its a good run.

ive been in hondas for a long time i know what parts are useable in what chassis. the only way you had 600 in your swap is if you bought the swap off someone who was too stupid to know what it was worth. if you did good for you but please stop acting like its so easy to do a gsr swap for under 1k because its bullshit and you know it. most people with wrecked GSR's know what they are worth even wrecked. so which is it? is it easy to do for under a grand? or did you get the parts off a moron who had no idea what the stuff was worth? ive gotten alot of shit way below value, but you dont see me going around acting like its easy to get it at that price
