I have 13's on my DD to keep my gas mileage where its at....and there absolutely horrible cornering, they like to floatttt across the pavement as if im barely turning

but all in all helps for killer gas mileage. Your Car turning out great

thanks!

my original plan was to run a set of sumitomo htr 200's size 205/60/13, so the tires would be wider than the stock size of 175/70/13, cause i hate the look of the skinny tires. i read way too many bad reviews on the sumitomos though, so i think im just going to use the stock size and buy some khumo solus kr21's.

I wish I had a nice open garage to work with. If you ever need a hand on anything, call me up.

No . . . not a hand on that.

Yeah the stock size tires are ugly as can be, wider would be so much nicer. Im sure my DD is smaller then that rex and even 175/70\13s on my car look insanely little and skinny

this is me really just thinking out loud looking for some opinions. after a chat about rally cars, kind of inspired me to do a rally inspired build to the crx. nothing crazy, here are my plans so far...

1. install stock integra springs and struts, they are stiffer and will probably raise the car a bit.

2. get a set of 89 accord lxi wheels, cause they look kind of like the wheels you see on the rally cars and paint them black maybe white with no center caps. get some aggressive looking tires in like a 175/65/14 so they are a tad bit taller and a little skinny.
these wheels...

3. then of course some sweet rally like mud flaps.

The wheels are alright... if you can find them... but you'll need more tire to be rally style.
