i dont know why people think it cant be done...

ps. on 9 psi, i walk on mustang gt's all day
its all relative when it comes to fast and cheap.

not bashing or anything, but the thing here is what you consider to be fast. yeah you can walk stock mustang gts and you consider that to be fast. but someone else may think that youre not fast unless you can walk a viper. its all relative.

same thing goes for cheap. what i consider cheap is a lot different than what preppy boy joe whose parents buys him everything considers cheap.

cheap (bought 2 years ago for 3300 + 1500 on turbo - 1000 for 2 years of declining value = 3800);
reliable... tell me that 9 psi daily beating isnt reliable;
and fast (would you call a car that doesnt get traction in 1st or 2nd gear slow?)
for my car plus tubo setup it cost me roughly $1800 - $1000(like you minus the declining value) = $800 thats cheaper than you.

not getting traction in 1st and 2nd has nothing to do with how quick you are. it has to do with traction. are your tires a hard compound? how skinny are your tires? are you running slicks? drag t/a's? is it 10 degrees outside?

like i said... its fast and cheap are relative to what you consider fast and cheap.

true, but lets look at another type of car then. take for instance My buddy Dan. He built his own 23 t bucket for the "cheap" price of $7K, which when compared to the resale value of the car, is VERY cheap. He made is own frame from scrap metal parts, built an engine and body from swap meet parts. It has a blown big block chevy with over 600hp, in a car that weighs about 1400lns, so its fast. He drives it daily during the summer and takes it to car shows around the country with no problem and has been doing so for years. Now that is a cheap, fast, reliable car, no matter what you view as each.

It is possible, but not every average joe can do it. anyone can do 2 of the 3, but you must have knowledge to get all 3 in one car. but yes, it is VERY possible and has been done numerous times.

thats just what hondas do. your over 200 whp im taken guess. track time makes me think fast 12.99 or faster is fast. for street car, if it's a pure track car it better be doing 10.99 or better.

I agree with this guy ^ I have and LS/Vtec with a few mods done and its awesome. Its fun it still gets good gas mileage, the only downside is its not best for highway drivin. And with a few mods you can beat these guys with there turbo d's
