yup it seems its always the same people that make ignorant remarks or give people shit, but then again the same people that do that are the same people that are on the board all day everyday so i guess you notice it from them more...

there are alot of people that just have to say something about something, there are people that think they are better and know more than you or me and will fight and argue all day to prove it even if they're wrong or an idiot. what i have found with 99% of people on this site, at the end of the day most times these same people are willing to lend a hand, a part or their time to other members in need, even the ones they just got done fucking with...

i agree with just about everything you just said. i havent owned a honda in over 6 months, but i still come back to the forum because a lot of the members are cool, even if i've only met them a few times.

most members are cool. there is a lot more negativity on this site than most im on, but like you said, even after they say something on the site, they're more than willing to lend a helping hand.

I was thinking the same thing. The main reason I am on here is to learn about stuff and if I ask for help I hope others dont call me an idiot instead of giving me good advice.
Its fine to critique people because thats how you become better but being an a-hole is a different subject.

I think it goes both ways there are is alot of negative on the site but there is also a lot of positive as well. Some people just take the negative more to heart then others. Ill admit I have flamed people for negative comments here and there. For me its just what kind of mood Im in. I think people sometimes come off a cliquey at meets because you guys have known each other for ever so when a new guy shows up he feels left out. I just really have nothing to talk about when I go to meets because not thery many people own the same vehical as me. All in all I enjoy the site and am on it every day. I hope to get back into gong into the meets I have just had alot going on.

the meets are damn cliquey. but you cant help the fact that a lot of the people that go to them are friends. they're still fun as well though

Join in the conversation then. You're not going to get to know people by just standing around, so come talk to us. We BS about everything, not just Honda Civics LOL

And honestly, we go to meet new people. If we didn't want to meet new people, it wouldn't be posted on the board.

It may be true that to outsiders it may seem cliquey, but in all reality, it's just a big collection of friends. All of us were outsiders once. It's all about being social. If someone's not a social person, it's not our fault they may feel left out.
