I agree as well and I was one of these people but I have changed alittle and started to turn wrenches on my car. I can't do a whole motorswap by myself but I can do other things now. Steve I knew you weren't trying to hurt anyone feelings or pin point anyone. I am just putting in my .02

OK, I have to put my opinion in.......lol

So yes there are car girls on here and yes there are girls who do their own work on their cars on here. I kinda fall into both categories. I was brought up around all domestics, chevy's to be exact. My dad restores hot rods. You can give me a 56 chevy and i could easily swap an engine or do anything on it but give me a newer import and I'm still learning. So yes on my car, I pay people to do things, for now, since I'm still trying to get comfortable with the newer cars.

And I must say the "car girls" that are on here, still have enough of an interest to want to learn, the ones I have talked to anyway. They aren't just your typical "oh that car is pretty" kind of girl.

Just my 2 cents on the subject.
