It matters what class you race in, again 10k for this car is a steal. Don't be mad at it becuase it's worth more than your car.tmarsh;80327 wrote: A Civic with full interior, no cage, street tires and a hotted up engine is not a race car.

You guys just don't give up, do you? I'll be happy to continue fielding your "is it a race car" minded questions. Exactly what class did you have in mind, Nat? The way I figure it, you're pretty much limited to the NASA Honda Challenge with this guy, and gee, here are the rules. Uh oh, it looks like our Civic in question has a full street interior and none of the required listed items.
:gape: --- Derr, nodda wacecaw!
Of course that Civic is worth more than mine, it's a newer model with lower miles.

regarding the issue with "adding mods will increase a cars value"
If I buy a honda civic for $4k, drop in a $20K 7.0L LS7 V8 successfully and make it go from point A to point B faster than the D series motor it came with, and I sell it for $30k, doesnt that mean that the value of the car went up because I made a profit on it?

You don't know what you're talking about. You're not very smart, and the things you're saying are nonsense. And I'm not angry. But you do need to shut up.

I see where you're going, but first I'd have to shake your hand for unloading a car like that on someone. By extensively modifying your car, you severely limit the number of people who would even be interested in buying it. I've always seen "everything factory, no modifications" work as a much better selling point than "heavily modified, goes real fast!"Potts1;80337 wrote:regarding the issue with "adding mods will increase a cars value"
