I guess he can put it anywhere he wants to put it, UNLESS he races at Gateway, then it has to be on the outside. There are even certain regulations on what type of kill-switch.

Whats the point in even having a kill-switch thats not accessible from the outside of the vehicle? I can understand having one to prevent theft but the location is so blatantly obvious.

The point is it's his car and he can do whatever he wants with it. He can put 6 kill switches in his glove compartment if he feels like it. Perhaps he put it there until he gets a chance to modify things to put it on the outside?
