They refurbish private/corporate airplanes and also do complete new airplanes to the customers specs, basically its like pimp my ride but with airplanes and the costs being around the 30-50 million mark. Check the link I gave and do a little research on them.

I checked out midcoast aviations website and all the available jobs are in cahokia, IL. Is that where you work? Can I apply for more than one position?
