Alot of guys just use a 3mm head gasket as well. Its like $200 or so. Just do your research and decide whats best for you. Its all about the tune tho. A shitty tune will get you a blown motor and a good tuned motor could run for a very long time.

To the OP, what kind of correction factor was printed on the dyno, if any?

I have a 2mm in right now but im starting to think that with a heavy foot that isnt going to be enough. Those inline pro gaskets are looking pretty nice and they claim to handle up to 500 hp. Either way I was reading past Fi threads on s2ki for like an hour and a half and tons of those guys run boost for long periods of time with no problems. They just said its mainly tune and general maintenence that is required to last and you cant drive it like you stole it everyday. So I am pretty confident that its going to work out.
