Back to the topic. The only place the police can't sit and shoot radar, is "supposed to be" on private property like hidden in someones driveway off a main rd while shooting someone coming down that main rd. As for the lights...only if where they're sitting creates a danger to the public. In other words, they can pretty much do whatever they want. :boxer:

I was told even the reflectors on the car are considered "lights". But like you said they can do whatever they want lol.

he was sitting off the road, where a sidewalk would be if we had them out here in the sticks, and i had my brights on the WHOLE time and never saw him until i was passing him, thats how dark it was, and my brights are BRIGHT! im going to talk to my lawyer thursday and see what he says. and just get this shit fixed.
