Well, as far as I know I still have my soul. I'm gonna need to see this in writing Jeff. Probation hasn't started yet, my lawyer has to tell the people that I agree to the terms.

Sorry boys, I tried getting all over that blue pile right after the wreck, insurance made it disappear before we could do anything.... otherwise you'd have all had your chance months ago for input into the k20 6speed del sol build

Probation really matters on the terms of your probation and who your probation officer is. It can get pretty extreme. Radmon visits/inspections with drug/alcohol testing. Not being able to leave a certain area, etc. I would clarify these things with your lawyer.

I had probation for a misdemeanor and they did check up on me a few times because of a prior record of being a trouble maker and I quote "cop beater". Yeah it's on my record and kinda screws with me when I get pulled over. They have pulled a bat on me before for it. Funny thing is that I don't remember this ass beating I gave.

fuck it, go to trial and have your friends testify it wasnt your fault. they are the witnesses. they probably wont convict you if the witnesses state you werent being a total asshat.

Apparently you can be on probation and keep 3 people in a ten in your backyard. So it couldn't be all that bad.
