When I get ahold of a Valve cover to practice on. I plan on doing different colored letters to practice that.
Let me know how that goes? I've decided to go with gloss black, but I would like a dark red ring around the center of the lip kinda like what you got going on with the rims on your bike. I had been very busy this week and well drill today and tomorrow so could'nt realy get much done. I plain on striping my rims next week so id be giveing you a call to set something up man! Anyways good to know your improving well with these projects!

Yea, I havent tried a lip yet. Ive talked to Tim how to do it, just havent tried it yet. Doing a lip, would be the same as doing different colored letters. They sell rim tape. Thats how I did my bike rims. You could powdercoat the rims, then just use that. Its like $20 or some shit.

Ok, Just did a set of Rims for Strat. Did the first 2 a weeks ago, did the other 2 today.

First time trying to do 2 colors, and First time doing rims. My gun does not like doing this big of objects, I found a new gun, just need a little extra money. So, on that note, the rims do have flaws, but most of them you need to be right up to the rim to notice. Im sure with them on the car, and looking at the car as a whole, you would never notice. Besides that, Yes I hope these are the worst I do, and I hope to only improve once I get a better gun.

Rims are Mirror Black, with a 1/2inch Mirror Red stripe.
These are a true Fire engine red, but once again my cell phone turns them a slight orange.

The first 2 looked amazing next to the car. I cant wait to see them actually mounted on the car with tires.

Those look super nice. Too bad I won't be able to get my wheels polished and ready for clear coat before you leave.
