FYI to all:
I just signed a contract on a condominium in St. Charles off 94 & Jungs Station RD, should have a closing on it in Dec.
it's a 2 bed, 2 bath, 1,000 sq ft. condo in a Brand New development. I'll have the 2nd bedroom and bathroom up for rent.
Will do 350-400$ FLAT RATE rent just to help me with the bills, and I don't feel like dividing up the utilities either, unless you shower 5 times daily and run my water bill through the roof. There will be 5Mbps internet untill Feb, then Charter will change stuff up and I'll end up having 10Mbps internet.
The room can also be furnished, because I have an extra futon, and I have an old computer desk and some shelves.

I want to tell everyone thanks for helping. I'm moving back to my parents house this weekend. Thing at home are getting pretty bad.

I don't know if my girlfriend was just in a bad mood or pissed because I came home drunk at about midnight last night. I say screw it, it was Halloween after all.
