well since thats what you carry insurance for, i dont have to deal with any of it. if it was him who injured me, without him having insurance, then i could sue him, but since i had insurance, its on the insurance company.

wel find a lawyer and get it fixed cuz if u dont it will fuck u over...lawyer up get em fixed and keep rollin when u get legal.......suks cuz those tickets rnt cheap eather.....
