I forsee none of this happening...but if you want to be unique, do an awd swap from either a JDM Integra or a CRV

Well I'm going to live with my mom for a while, so I won't be paying any bills. All my money will be able to go into my car. And what is a Frankenstein swap?Rsx03S;24024 wrote:not to be mean but i know u wana be unique but as of right now u dont have a job and ur in highschool being "unique" will cost a pretty penny i think u should just shoot for an affordable motor swap that will be more realistic cuz i doubt u will get exactly the highest paying job. Not trying to be mean but i am just more or less being a little more realistic. But if u want to try some insane rx-7 motor swap or w/e good luck. I mean if u want to be more unique then make a K24 Frankenstein swap

Lol niiice. But yeah, I would like a twin turbo setup, how badass would that be on a freakin Civic sedan? Lol. That'd be nuts.b18b-t;24041 wrote:If you just want to go fast then well, you can build and turbo about almost any d,b,h,f, or k series motor honda makes. Some cheaper then others. Being a fast honda sounds unique enough to me.

You're probably right, but hopefully I can make something happen eventually. Hopefully my mind doesn't change somewhere down the line like it sometimes does. >.< It will take a long time, though. And I am impatient, so that's not a good mix O_oJonDubya;24077 wrote:I forsee none of this happening...but if you want to be unique, do an awd swap from either a JDM Integra or a CRV

Take for instance If you have a b-18 block and put a b-16 head on it ... That would be a frankenstein motor.

Ahhh interesting. Yeah I thought about doing a minime swap, but like I said, I want a V6. DOHC. I don't want little 4 banger SOHC. Not cool. Lol. Althoug ya can cram like 500hp into them. But I want to be unique. I want to be noticed, and eventually I want to be in Modified Mag or Import Tuner or something like that. Will be a long way down the line, but that is my goal.

Is your mom rich or something? If not then it would be a great idea to sink 20+k into a civic that gets t-boned the next day. If you built it yourself then it would be unique, not paying someone an ass load of wasted money to put a oversized motor into a chassis that cant handle it.
It's not about twin turbos, its about ONE FREAKING HUGE ONE!!!

Wow, ummm....I think you need to do a lot more research first. How much money are you wanting to spend on this car?

Yeah I do need to do some research. But I have a general idea of what I want done, I guess, I just need to figure out how much it's gonna be and how to do it. Idc how much I spend on it, just so long as I get it the way I want it.SilverStreak02;24224 wrote:Wow, ummm....I think you need to do a lot more research first.
