I didn't say it's not a fast car, or that it didn't have balls on the topend, but I fail to see how one guy going from 0-130 in <11 seconds means dick when you are already rolling down the road.
I've seen hondas run 13's and trap 130mph, and thats after compensating for shitty launches/ 60ft times, throw both cars on the highway, I think the race gets a bit more even.

I know exactly what you and rick are saying and i completey agree, racing from a dig proves the better driver yet roll racing proves the faster car. The part i am having a hard tme with is the fact that rick made it sound like the race was close, like the vette didnt pull on him at all. I have been around ricks car for years now and I have a good estimate of what it runs. I have no doubt that he hung with the car, I just dont believe that the vette was giving it everything...

Only the driver of the vette would know if he was giving it all it had. All I know is what Rick and I seen from his car.
